During race season, youth will train at Lake Merced on water after school for two weekdays and every Saturday for two hours to prepare for a number of competitive dragon boat races held in San Francisco and the Bay Area, and in Long Beach. Our team is focused on improving youth’s health and fitness and developing the discipline, skills, teamwork, and strategies needed for dragon boat racing.
