AURA is a semester-long mentorship program that matches an API youth female mentee with an API adult female mentor. Mentees and their mentors meet twice a month for one-on-one check-ins. All mentors attend a regularly scheduled session one Saturday each month. Youth participants attend weekly workshops that integrate leadership development with skills-based themes such as female empowerment, media literacy, and body positivity.
