Legal Services for Children, Inc. provides free legal and social services to children and youth (up to age age 21) in the SF Bay Area, providing representation in legal cases involving guardianship, immigration, education, and foster care issues. They offer services in English and Spanish, and can access translators for some other languages. 

LSC may be able to assist you with asking the child protective services agency to file a dependency action if you live in San Francisco, have been abused, neglected, or abandoned by your parents, and want to consider entering foster care.
