Legal Services for Children, Inc. provides free legal and social services to children and youth (up to age age 21) in the SF Bay Area, providing representation in legal cases involving guardianship, immigration, education, and foster care issues. They offer services in English and Spanish, and can access translators for some other languages. 

When a student is expelled from school and is no longer allowed to attend school, the student has a right to a hearing and a lawyer to represent them. If you want a lawyer and live in the San Francisco Bay Area, LSC may be able to represent you at your hearing or help you find a free lawyer or advocate.
